I ordered a bundle, the discount code I hope to use will not apply?

Unfortunately additional discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including sale items, bundles or samples. Due to the order placed containing a sale item the discount no longer applies.

What are your bottles made from?

Our 500ml bottles are 100% recyclable and made from HDPE plastic, our trays are made from ABS plastic, for its durability and are designed for longevity.

Can I please purchase a tray on it's own?

Unfortunately the Duo/ Trio tray are an exclusive addition to our Duo/ Trio sets and cannot be purchased on its own.

Is your packaging Biodegradable?

Our packaging is recyclable, but not currently biodegradable. We recommend referring to the recycling directions and logos on each individual item.

Where you source your bottles from? Can I buy them and sell empty ones on my online store?

Thank you for enquiring about our al.ive body product. Our bottles are custom made for us, and unfortunately we do not sell the empty bottles or trays.

What are the dimensions of your duo tray?

The dimensions of the wash & lotion trays are as below: 19.5cm (long) x 7cm (wide) x 2cm (high) 20cm high with the bottles in the tray.
